Using this website

• The content of this site, including all model photographs, is protected by copyright and image rights. You may not copy, scrape, republish or reuse model images without our written permission.
• Model profiles are provided so that clients can assess and request talent through the agency. Contacting models directly to circumvent the agency is not permitted.
• You agree not to submit false applications or enquiries, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

Enquiries and bookings

• Submitting an enquiry or booking request creates no booking and no obligation on either side.
• A booking exists only when we confirm it in writing, with the rate, expenses and usage rights stated. Those written terms govern the booking.
• Availability shown or discussed before written confirmation can change.

Applications

• Submitting an application does not create representation. Representation begins only with a signed agreement.
• You confirm that photographs you upload are of you and that you have the right to share them.

Liability and law

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is provided without warranty and may change. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
